I hear my students say, “I need balance in my life”. What does that actually mean? We all want a balanced life, and we can say it; but are we taking the steps to actually do it? I can tell you I have been working on this for a very long time, it has been my mission for myself in healing and embracing my life the way I would like to live it, and helping others do the same. Pilates and Yoga are a big component of my process. Without them I would have a difficult time balancing out my mind, body and spirit to which I live by.
