Flow Yoga: Flow, Breathe and Go. Movement with mindfulness and meditation. Whether you are a beginner yogi or a seasoned yogi, this class is for you! Basic foundations of yoga are taught with options to advance your practice to meet what your body is craving.

Slow Flow Yoga: Similar to Flow Yoga, but at a slower pace. Movement with mindfulness and meditation. Whether you are a beginner yogi or a seasoned yogi, this class is for you! Basic foundations of yoga are taught with options to advance your practice to meet what your body is craving.

Therapeutic Yoga: This 75 minute class takes you through a slower, gentler flow of yoga poses, with an emphasis on posture and alignment education, using props and hands on assists. Enjoy the calm and relaxing body changing experience.  All levels welcome!

Restorative Yoga: Discover a new dimension of your health in a gentle way. Every”body” is unique and in order to get anywhere, we must begin from where we are now. Bringing self-awareness to our individual conditions, we can then make adjustments to our yoga practice to bring efficient new patterns of movement to decrease physical stress, promote alignment and lead ourselves toward optimal wellness. Men and women of all levels of health will benefit from this healing practice.

Yin Yoga: What is Yin Yoga? It is the practice of asana (postures) directly focussing on the deep connective tissues of the body. It is the balancing of the Yang, fire side of the body, or (larger more dominant) muscles of the body. Yin Yoga postures are held for longer periods of time to help release the deep joint spaces and connective tissue that help stabilize the joints. Yin Yoga is considered a more restorative and meditative practice.

Block & Roll Yoga: In this 75 minute gentle class, you will explore self myofascial release techniques to make your body feel amazing. Using a block and ball, through a guided self massage, you will learn the most effective techniques to reduce muscle tension, improve flexibility/mobility, and reduce joint pain. This class will help you feel relaxed and stress free!
