Life is ever-changing, giving us many expected and unexpected joys and challenges. Pilates provides the balance and lifestyle skills to greet every day with enthusiasm. I am looking forward to showing others that with the combination of a positive mind, a strong body, a great heart, & great friends, nothing is insurmountable!

I follow my “ABC”s when preparing for and teaching classes:

  • Always teach with a smile; everything seems a little bit easier with fun & humor.
  • Bring enthusiasm and positivity when interacting with clients – help them to find the sparkle.
  • Combine passion and dedication to help each client achieve their personal goal(s).

I have been teaching group fitness for 8 years, and have earned a Pilates Method Alliance certification. I believe that anyone can benefit from pilates with guidance and good instruction. Pilates affords an awareness of breath, mindfulness, alignment, and coordination…and I can’t wait to show you!
