After more than 15 years of practice, Lisa wanted to increase her knowledge of yoga and deepen her own personal practice. Receiving her 200-hour Foundation Yoga Teacher Training at Prairie Yoga in Lisle, Illinois; she now enjoys sharing her new found journey to those in her class. Lisa continues to deepen her own practice and teaching skills by attending continuing workshops throughout the Western suburbs. She draws upon her experience as an athlete, mentor and mother to encourage others to experience the holistic benefits of yoga. Lisa’s in-depth yoga training at Prairie allows her to offer multi-style yoga with a strong emphasis on aligning the body, breath and mind; creating an atmosphere that welcomes and supports students of all abilities, whether novice or experienced. Off the mat, Lisa enjoys spending time with her family, friends and fur-balls!
