Nicole Rogers is thrilled to join Mindful Movements as a pilates instructor. The pilates classes Nicole took at Mindful Movements as a student transformed her physically and mentally. In addition to being an incredible wife and mama, she wanted to build her pilates training toolkit to share with others. A longtime volleyball and track athlete at St. Francis H.S., before becoming a dentist, when she’s not talking about teeth, she loves to run, laugh, hike, canoe, and climb mountains.
