Patti first experienced Pilates in 1999 at a local health club and was immediately intrigued by the subtle, yet precise movements of the method. She felt challenged in a way she had not experienced with any other workout. Patti quickly became a devotee of the method and eventually enrolled in the PhysicalMind Institute teacher training program where she was certified in 2006 and then went on to be certified through Fitness Arts Academy in 2007.
Patti believes Pilates should be fun, informative and accessible to everyone regardless of age, ability or physical limitations. Her goal is for clients to incorporate the essence of Pilates into their daily life so they can move with ease and live life to it’s fullest.
Continuing education has always been a priority to Patti and she regularly attends workshops and classes. In addition to Pilates, Patti is certified in yoga, barre, and suspension training. When not teaching, Patti enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, traveling, cooking and reading.
