Balance Yoga + Pilates offers a range of yoga classes to suit your preference, experience level, and goals.

Our soothing studio space features soft lighting and relaxing design to help you clear your mind. There are no mirrors in our yoga room so you can stay focused on how you feel, not how you look. All bodies are welcome and celebrated in our space.

Our yoga room is well-stocked with blankets, blocks, straps, and props, and you are always welcome to bring your own yoga equipment from home. We do recommend that you purchase your own yoga mat but in the meantime, we have some available to borrow for your first few visits with us.

  • This innovative practice combines traditional yoga with the thrill of being suspended in a silk hammock. Strengthen your body, increase flexibility, and find your balance while defying gravity. Join us for an uplifting and playful class!

    We offer both an All Levels class as well as a more challenging Level 2 class. At least three All Levels classes and permission from our Lead Aerial is required to move into Level 2 classes.

  • Our signature yoga class, this Hatha based class is a more traditional way of practicing yoga, with posture holds of various lengths, and a focus on breath and physical alignment. This class welcomes students of every experience level. If you are brand new to yoga, we recommend starting with our Gentle Yoga classes first.

  • Grounding flow/vinyasa practice that includes fluid transitions from pose to pose linking breath to movement. Cultivates balance, stability, and flexibility. Incorporates meditation and breath work.

    If you are new to yoga, we recommend you take several Gentle or Balance classes before trying our Flow 1 class.

    Our Flow 2 class is a more energizing practice than Flow 1. Inversions, arm balances, and deeper backbends will be offered. Some yoga experience is recommended for this class.

  • This class moves slowly and with intention through a series of floor based and standing poses, with time to focus on the breath and sensation. Props will be used often to help students find the right position for their bodies. Gentle Yoga is great for beginners, those with limited mobility, or anyone who needs a softer approach to their yoga practice. This class welcomes students of every experience level. If you are brand new to yoga, we recommend starting with this class.

  • Enables deep relaxation as you hold poses for longer periods of time with the help of props to completely support you. This class helps to combat the physical & mental effects of everyday stress. Stills the mind & balances the nervous system. This class welcomes students of every experience level.

  • Using different style balls & foam rollers, you will learn the most effective techniques to reduce muscle tension, improve flexibility/mobility, and reduce joint pain. This class will help you feel relaxed and stress-free! This class welcomes students of every experience level.

  • Soulful Yoga is one of our most unique classes, offering a harmonious blend of traditional Yin, Hatha, and Kundalini practices designed to nourish not just your body, but your mind and spirit, too. This class incorporates meditation, breathwork, and chanting in addition to the physical poses. Join us in raising your vibration, unlocking healing on all levels, and basking in the radiant glow of love and light. This class welcomes students of every experience level.
