Brooke Halperin

Brooke Halperin is a practicing 200 hour certified yoga instructor. Her classes focus on building awareness through mindful movement and breath, creating the condition for a stable mind. With emphasis on Hatha yoga, Brooke guides her students to have a healthy relationship with stress, to establish resilience off the mat, and the ability to stay calm when encountering real-life stressors in the workplace and home. An avid yogi of 20 years, Brooke seeks to share her passion for yoga and the inspirational impact it has on the mind, body, and soul.
